List of the regional education offices (Rectorat)
The "Rectorat" is the government office in charge of the public school system in an "académie" (educational district). Each Rectorat has a DARIC (délégué aux relations internationals et à la cooperation) in charge of the international cooperation of the educational district. The DARIC is the person to contact if you want to create a partnership with a school in France.
Private school system
Most of the private schools in France are in the Catholic school system with specific agreements with the French ministry of education. The list of the "dioceses" can be found on the Scolanet website:
The centres for French as a foreign language can either propose only French language classes for foreigners or also courses for French teachers (about the methodology of teaching French as a Foreign language). In some of the centres it is also possible to prepare specific diplomas.

It is also possible to ask for the list at the Higher Education Office of the Embassy of France.

CIEP: Centre international d’études pédagogiques in Paris. The centre in charge of the DELF, DALF, TCF, and of the well-know "Stage BELC"
CAVILAM: in Vichy
CLA: Centre de Linguistique Appliquée in Besançon
CAREL: in Royan
